Our 40th anniversary

2026 is a special year for Lymphoma Action as we celebrate our 40th anniversary!

40th anniversary 1986-2026

40 years of support and community

We are proud to have been supporting people affected by lymphoma for four decades - offering support, sharing information and building a community so that no one has to face lymphoma alone.

In our 40th anniversary year, we’re taking a moment to celebrate everything we’ve achieved together - as well as looking ahead at what we can accomplish in the years to come.

We were set up by people affected by lymphoma, for people affected by lymphoma and we continue to be led by our supporters today. We couldn’t do what we do without our amazing community, so we hope you will join us in marking the occasion!

Get involved

You - our supporters, volunteers, fundraisers, families and friends - are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’d love you to be part of this special milestone in 2026 - a year dedicated to celebrating our community and the progress we’ve made, side by side.

Watch and share our new film

Being diagnosed with lymphoma can feel overwhelming. Many people who receive a lymphoma diagnosis have either not heard of it, don’t understand it or don’t know that it is a cancer.

Our film Having lymphoma: I want you to know captures six people's real experiences of lymphoma. Meet Jacqueline, James, Jeff, Mez, Mollie and Sandra and hear what they want you to know about being diagnosed with lymphoma. It's a powerful watch that shows the reality of a lymphoma diagnosis and why the information and support we provide is so important.

Learn more

Our story began in 1986, when two people affected by lymphoma saw a need for a support group for patients and families. There was not much information available at the time, so the focus was literature and a helpline - and these are important services that we still offer today!

The powerful periwinkle

The Vinca (periwinkle) has been part of our logo since 1995 - but there is more to this plant than it's pretty purple flower! The periwinkle has cancer-fighting properties and is used as an ingredient in some treatments for lymphoma.

We're here for you, however you are affected by lymphoma

Don't face lymphoma alone - we're here every step of the way.
