This moderated group provides emotional and practical support for anyone over 18 across the UK affected by lymphoma, including family, friends and carers. It’s a space to share thoughts, feelings, experiences and non-medical questions with others.

We have over 6,000 members, so whether you are newly diagnosed or many years on from treatment, the group offers valuable peer support at any time.

90% of members would recommend the group to others!  Here is what some of our members think about the group.

What makes this group so special is that it's a safe space. Every member has been affected by lymphoma in some way, so you get actual, real, responses.

What difference can the group make?

Being part of the group brings so many benefits; from feeling understood and acknowledged, having a social connection, to getting hints and tips from other group members about how to cope with living with and beyond lymphoma.  In our 2024 survey:

  • 89% of members felt more informed from joining the group

  • 74% of members felt less isolated

  • 73% of members felt more supported

  • 69% of members felt like someone understands

  • 60% of members felt more reassure

This group has been my lifeline. Every question was responded by so many supportive lovely people. I didn’t know where to turn and this place was it.
