This year’s campaign for Mental Health Awareness Week is asking people to Take Action by finding positive steps to support the wellbeing of ourselves and others.

We know that living with lymphoma can affect your mental health and emotional wellbeing, whether you have received a diagnosis yourself or are supporting a loved one. Our lymphoma community provides a positive space for people affected by this type of blood cancer.

Our Facebook Support Group gives people the opportunity to connect with others who understand the impact lymphoma can have and to share valuable peer support. Our online support meetings also provide a safe, confidential space where people can share their thoughts and feelings with others who have similar experiences, and access support and information. There is also the opportunity to join our volunteer community and make a difference to people affected by lymphoma by helping us deliver our services, or by shaping the support we offer according to the needs of our community.

Lymphoma Action's Facebook Support Group was a huge help. It made me feel less alone and more supported during a really challenging time.

We also have a host of resources in our emotional wellbeing suite including videos and podcasts. And don’t forget our Helpline Services are here to offer information and emotional support. You can contact them by email, via our Live Chat instant messaging service on our website or by calling our freephone helpline on 0808 808 5555 between 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

However you’re affected by lymphoma, we are here for you every step of the way.
